CloudGate Universe is a powerful tool that enables you to remotely provision firmware and application updates to your device fleet.
Some networks are closed off with a firewall, not allowing any traffic to go outside. In order to be able to reach CloudGate Universe HTTP port 80 and HTTPS port 443 need to be opened in the network's firewall (not on CloudGate itself).
The URL CloudGate will use to contact the backend is: devices.cloudgate.option.com
