What is new in release 2.86.0?
General improvements
=> The DMA is now used for UART RX data. This decreases the data loss when flow control is disabled (RS232) or not present (RS485).
=> CG0199 CloudGate LTE Americas: The data connection is now correctly rebuilt whenever the connection unexpectedly disconnects.
Bug fixes
=> Fixed the broken "config export" functionality that is not working properly in the 2.84 and 2.85 release.
Security improvements
=> Update Mozilla certificate (2018-10-11).
