Hi Paul,
This is an option in the 3G or LTE tab I suppose. This message is only saying that because you are using a VPN, enabling 3G/LTE only upon traffic is disabled, because a VPN relies on 'continuous' traffic
This is not a problem and just a message explaining why the button is disabled.
