All Quicksilver owners should upgrade the firmware offered below to
ensure optimum performance and compatibility with the latest AT&T
network improvements.

PC Upgrade Instructions
- Please connect your laptop to AC power and close all applications.
- Download and save the Firmware provided above.
- Disconnect from the network if you are connected using the Quicksilver and make sure AT&T Communication Manager is
closed.
- Unzip the folder.
- Insert the Quicksilver into your laptop.
- Double click the Superfire_4.4.0-commercial.exe from the Software Package folder.
- Click Run.
- Click Next for application to exam your system and device.
- Please follow the on-screen instructions.
MAC Upgrade Instructions
Option is currently working on the Mac upgrade solution and expects to
have it published shortly. Until that time, Mac users can use a
Windows-based machine (PC) and follow the instructions above.
To do so, you will need to run the full installation of the Quicksilver
on the PC and reboot, as the on-screen instructions direct. Once you
have done that, follow the PC Upgrade Instructions above. This whole
process should take no more than 15 minutes on a high-speed connection.
